2019 Race Description
Each year the Western Runners Club welcomes spring with a symbolic chasing away of the mythic abominable snowman of the Himalayas: the yeti.
This year there will be two races: the Kids' Half Mile and the 5k Run/Walk/Stroll.
Competitors in the Kids Half Mile will start just east of town and race in a straight to the finish line on Main Street.
The 5k Run/Walk/Stroll will include the symbolic chasing away of the Western Yeti.
Register online at a discounted rate of $20 for the 5k, which includes a tee shirt (while supplies last). Register on the day of the event for $25.
