2nd Annual Bar K 5K Race Description

In partnership with the American Heart Association and OneLife Fitness, Bar K is hosting a super fun dog-friendly 5K at the Bar K Lab, our temporary indoor dog park & lounge in the West Bottoms. You are welcome to run the 5k with your pups, or leave them with us in our indoor dog park while you run! The course will take you on a scenic out-and-back through the West Bottoms along the Riverfront Heritage Trail, and across the Kansas River into Kaw Point where you'll have amazing views of the City. We'll have one water station for humans and dogs at the halfway point. All runners will get a swag bag with all kinds of fun stuff, and a finishers medal. We'll have awards for first, second and third place overall and age-group winners -- prizes include free memberships to Bar K and OneLife Fitness and other great prizes. Can't wait to see you all there!

NOTE: ONLINE REGISTRATION WILL CLOSE AT 7 AM ON FRIDAY, APRIL 7. YOU CAN STILL REGISTER ON RACE DAY MORNING BEGINNING AT 8 AM, AS WELL AS AT THE BAR K LAB (515 LIBERTY STREET) ON SATURDAY FROM 10-4.
