The Corey Holmgren Memorial Fund is hosting our 4th annual CHMF Healing 5k Fundraiser on Saturday September 14, 2024. The race will be at Centennial Park next to the West Valley City Family Fitness Center. 

Registration Fees

   Race participant: In-person $25; Virtual $10

   Non-race participant: $1

Optional Event Add-on Fees

   Yoga: $5

   Meal ticket: $12

   Massage: $20

   Silent auction: bids placed in person during event

The Corey Holmgren Memorial Fund is a Utah based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization run by volunteers. 100% of the funds raised go directly to furthering our mission.

OUR PURPOSE IS TO PROVIDE OPPORTUNITIES FOR WELLNESS OF MIND, BODY, AND HEART.

We formed this organization with the intent to help those who Corey would have helped if he were still here. We provide therapy scholarships to the clinic where Corey worked as a Marriage and Family Therapist.
