5 K & 5 K Pump & Run Race Description

Two Races in one: The Pump & Run offers a unique twist to our race. Runners are able to reduce their time by lifting weight based on a percentage of their body weight and age. Runners are allowed to lift up to 30 reps knocking 30 sec off for each rep.

There will also be a regular 5K,

2 mile walk to benefit sponsored youth all money raised will benefit youth that can’t afford to participate in regular programs.

Lollipop race for kids, this race is just for fun so families can bring their kids to make running a family affair.
