Saturday, March 5, 2022 | At 9:30 AM | At Mountain Greens Golf Course
Run or walk a 4k on the cart paths of Massanutten’s Mountain Greens Golf Course. No minimum age (strollers are allowed). This event will be held rain or shine.
Cost: $25 per person | Sign up for both the Arctic Plunge and the 4K on the Fairway for only $40
Elkton Area United Services is a comprehensive social service agency serving eastern Rockingham County since 1972, provides assistance with housing, electricity, heat, food, GED classes, school supplies, books, aid to stranded travelers, senior citizen activities, and a joyful holiday season to those in need. Plunge to benefit Therapeutic Adventures!
Sunday, March 6, 2022 | First wave at 9:30 AM | At the Woodstone Recreation Center Outdoor Pool
Recruit a friend, family member, co-worker, or acquaintance & take the plunge to raise money for Therapeutic Adventures! Each plunge wave will be limited to 10 participants. The minimum age is 14 years old. This event will be held rain or shine.
The Arctic Splash is geared toward our smaller philanthropists or those less comfortable in deeper water. Take in a perfect view of the mountain before splashing and dashing your way through 2-2.5 feet of water to tag the wall and declare victory. The minimum age is 6 years old.

Therapeutic Adventures, a non-profit, provides opportunities for those with disabilities, illnesses, and other health needs to experience the outdoors through camps, adaptive sports clinics, retreats, races, and service projects. For more info, visit www.taonline.org.

Therapeutic Adventures
I have been a participant in the Arctic Plunge twice and both experiences were great! I will be supporting Therapeutic Adventures again in the upcoming Arctic Plunge this year! The event was well organized by staff and we all had so much fun! I have had the pleasure of volunteering with Therapeutic Adventures' adaptive ski program for the past two ski seasons. Being a member of this organization has allowed me to make so many new friends and support adaptive adventures.

I have participated in the Arctic Plunge twice and greatly enjoyed it. The event was well organized and everyone was very friendly & welcoming. I am excited to be able to support Therapeutic Adventures in the Arctic Plunge and 4K this year again! I have had the pleasure of volunteering with Therapeutic Adventures' adaptive ski program for the past three ski seasons. It has been a very rewarding experience to part of such an amazing organization!

Therapeutic Adventures
Therapeutic Adventures is pleased to be the beneficiary of the Plunge 4 Adventures events (Arctic Plunge & 4K on the Fairway) As Executive Director of TA, I have done "The Plunge" each year it has been offered. Brrrrrrrr! GREAT FUN! Many of our great Massanutten Adaptive Snow Sports volunteers/instructors and supporters have also participated. This is a WONDERFUL event. We are excited to be the beneficiary of the 4K on the Fairway as well. All who participate and support this event are making it possible for persons with disabilities and complex medical needs to enjoy the independence and joy of skiing/riding. Thank you to ALL who make this possible. Thank your Massanutten Resort (Great Eastern Resorts Management - GERM). We are honored to provide quality adaptive services to the guests who who visit and take advantage of all the amenities you offer.
