The Arooh Initiative virtual 5K is a race to raise money to provide therapeutic retreats to veterans and first responders. 100% of the proceeds go to the veterans and you can run your 5K anywhere from a treadmill, to a track, you can even walk just as long as you do it after 8 AM EST November 11, 2015. You also receive a great medal after completion.
