Great venue. Was waiting on the road along with hundreds runners at the start time of the race due to their inability to manage the group. Race was claimed to be delay due to traffic..that's comical.

Cape Canaveral Light House 1/2 Marathon
First race started 15minutes late ,that affected runners in the end because weather was brutally hot .Not enough water stations , in the end should have cold towel for people. Water was not cold enough cool down. What is this pizza obsession in the end of race , should have some other breakfast like food .For bus we waited too long was hot and miserable sorry to give bad review but it was hard to enjoy the race when running in the area really nothing to see Not returning to race for 2019.
Cape Canaveral Lighthouse half marathon
For being the inaugural race it was ran about as well as you could expect. The major problem being the parking. I had to wait about 40 minutes on SR 401 just to park. The race course it self was awesome great scenery, the race was very well managed and the post party was spectacular. Hopefully the awards will be of higher quality next year, that was a disappointment. Overall though the race great.
