Country Roads 5K Walk/Run Race Description

Oklahoma Academy's OCT 20 5K & 2.5K Run/Walk is a fun way to get in shape for the season. The beautiful country course makes for a refreshing morning run and provides great hills training for anyone training for a longer run. The students of the Oklahoma Academy Anatomy & Physiology class will be doing free blood pressure screening and a complimentary vegan brunch will be provided after the event. Medals and awards will be given to winners in each category and every participant will receive a goodie bag and t-shirt.

Arrive Sunday, October 20, for registration at 7:30 AM in The Country Store. Race starts at 8:00 AM.
