Dr. James H. Crowdis Heart Run/Walk

The 2024 Dr. James H. Crowdis Heart Run features a 5K and 1K fun run on flat, fast courses. Medals are presented to all finishers in both events.

Awards will be given in the 5K to overall winners in open, masters, grand masters, senior grand masters, and super grand masters categories. Awards to the top 3 in M/F age groups: 0-5, 6-8, 9-11,12-14, 15-18, 19-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75-79, 80 - 89 and 90 & over plus top 5 M/F walkers in each race (no running allowed). The 1K is a non-competitive fun run.

Preregistration entry fee for adults is $25 through 5 pm ET Thursday, February 1, 2024. Entry fee for 18 and under is $12. Pre-registration entry fee 1K run/walk is $10 through 5 p.m. for everyone. Race day registration for the 5K will be $30 for all, no discounts. Race day registration for 1K will $15 for all.

Both the 5K and 1K events will begin at 9:30am EST at the First Methodist Church, 397 College Street, Blakely. The awards will be presented inside the church social hall at 10:30 am EST.
