Great Series & Cause to Support
Oklahoma's toughest 10K is the 3rd toughest in the nation due to the numerous hills and valleys. Extra "ups and downs" are in the middle of the 10K in order to provide the extra distance for the Half-Marathon. Both start with small hill followed by basically downhill until about half way. Both finish will long uphill sections. 5K course is two laps which is flat in comparison.
