GKCBNA Big Race Description

Breast cancer is the most common cancer in women. Early mammography screening helps to save lives. The uninsured and underinsured do not have this privilege. Many women fall through the cracks until they are severely ill. Join us with your generous support to help people receive the care they need.

The Greater Kansas City Black Nurses Association would like to thank you for your support, in joining our upcoming 3-mile Annual Walk/Run around the Mary Ann Flunder Walking Trail, Kansas City, Kansas Community College, raising awareness of early detection. Please bring family, and friends and receive a medal, gift for the best dress outfit, door prizes, and much more. . This event will support women that are uninsured and underinsured, to receive a mammogram screening.
