SA-Springfield Gardens will be hosting a Healthy Hearts 5K at Brookville Park! Come out and join us as we walk or run to raise awareness about heart conditions and healthy habits.
The event will kick-off at 2:00 PM at the Healthy Hearts 5K starting line, located near the picnic area.
Join us for some community fun and free t-shirts!
