I'm Leavin on a Jet Plane European Tour 5K Run/Walk

Proceeds from this event will be used as a fundraiser to pay travel expenses to send Claire and Lilli Hovis to Europe with Macon County Schools on a school-sponsored trip.

First, 50 racers to register will receive an event t-shirt! You will pick up your t-shirt the morning of the race. Please include the t-shirt size and color on the registration form.

Race day registration opens at 7 am, and the walk/run will start at 9 am.

Trophies will be given to 1st-3rd place finishers for male and female.

Racers and spectators will have the opportunity to purchase raffle tickets for a variety of items, including a solo stove grill, donated by local sponsors. All raffle tickets are $5 each or 5 for $20. All raffle winners will be announced at the end of the day's festivities. You do not need to be present to win raffles.

There will also be a trophy for the best group costume!! So dress up, bring the family, and come support the girls!!

There will be a variety of activities for both non-participants and participants during the registration time and following the race.

All participants will receive a snack and water at the completion of the race.

Kids 5 and under can participate in the run/walk at no charge.
