We're back!
Our magic unicorn has been busy, busy, busy coming up with fun and games for our Annual Ironhawk Juniors Tri Club event.
Ironhawk Juniors Triathlon Club is a FREE summer program for girls ages 8-14.
The training program will start on June 9. Weekly group workouts will take place every Thursday 6:00pm - 7:45pm at College of Saint Mary. The group workouts will focus on swimming, biking and/or running. These workouts are for girls of ALL experience levels!!
For any girl who cannot financial afford equipment, IHJ will provide you with the necessary equipment. As a nonprofit, we do accept donations to cover these costs. Any donation or sponsorship of a child is greatly appreciated!
If your child would like to be a group with some friends or family, please email that information to ironhawkjuniors@gmail.com.

Distances:
Ages 8-10: 100 yds swim, 3 mile bike, .75 mile run
Ages 11-14: 150 yds swim, 6 mile bike, 1.5 mile run

A great experience!
I cannot say enough good things about this program. My daughter participated in the training and the triathlon event and I volunteered with the girls. It was a fantastic program and my daughter loved every moment. She made new friends and gained confidence with finishing her second triathlon race. I loved that the program had girls of all ages, shapes, and sizes and how the focus was on building self-esteem and kindness towards others. Every girl should do this program!
