Disgraceful

Volunteers were completely incompetent. My daughters were given an incorrect bib without a chip so their race time was not registered. I've not been offered any kind of refund or apology of their blatant incompetence. The larger disgraceful issue was no one had any idea that the younger K-2nd graders ran off in the wrong course direction and made them repeat the course the right way. The volunteers walking the younger kids to the start let them run off, passing multiple volunteers and no one stopped these kids. Parents were obviously very upset that their kids were not stopped or directed. What a terrible, terrible race, we will never participate with this organization again.
