JARRATT 3K & WELLNESS FAIR

THE JARRATT NCHI 3K & WELLNESS FAIR 

Saturday, April 1, 2023 from 10am-2pm 

at the

Johns Mansville Clubhouse.

Registration:  Check-in and same-day registration starts at 10:00 am at the Johns Manville Clubhouse front porch.  The Clubhouse is located at 120 S. Cost: Entry and participation in the Wellness fair is FREE.  All we ask is that you register upon arrival. Registration Categories are below.

Course: The 3K will be a charted route through the surrounding community not just highlighting the main street in Jarratt, VA., but encouraging residents that they can walk anywhere.  Participants begin at the starting line completing an out-and-back in the community northbound towards the Pine Street triangle, clockwise.  Then, an out-and-and back southbound towards the OG Ribs & BBQ restaurant. The Walk will commence at 12pm and continue until the last participant crosses the finished line.

Wellness Fair: The Wellness Fair will be an information fair promoting lifestyle choices for Total Wellness.  We want to provide interactive stations of specialists and consultants covering wellness from head to toe---but, in an unconventional way!! 

For example, you may start at the cross sections of the Dermatology and Intellectual Health; then, see a breathing exercise from Mindfulness on your way to a demonstration from Nutrition just before picking up a handout about Financial Health.

Awards: There will be random drawings for door prizes & prizes for the kids.
