KY Heroes 5K

The KY Heroes 5K is sponsored by Kentucky Brotherhood which is an organization that supports the fallen fire, EMS, police, and corrections. We organize a bicycle ride every year that travels across the commonwealth to meet families and honor their loved ones. We want to offer support and reassure families that their loved one is never forgotten. This 5k is a fundraiser to help with expenses of the annual Brotherhood Ride that will occur in July.

This is a FLAT out and back course of beautiful Junction City that starts at Danville-Boyle Co. Airport down to HWY 300. Intersections will be blocked by Junction City Fire and other volunteers. There will be a water station at the turn around point at Hwy 300 and refreshments at the end of the race.

We are awarding the top three people in the following age groups for both male and female: 10&under, 11-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44,45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, and 65+. We are also awarding overall male and female with a special gift. 

There will also be a Kids Fun Run  prior to the race at 1345 EST. If you would like to purchase a youth tshirt please email me directly at morganka2003@aol.com as we are not offering these online.
