Lady Cavs Run & Gun 5K Race Description

The Lady Cavs Run & Gun 5K is a fundraiser for the Lady Cavs Basketball Program.  This is not your typical 5K as we have added a little Basketball twist!  After you complete your 5K you will then get 10 foul shots inside the Chillicothe High School gym.  You can reduce your 5K time by 30 seconds for each foul shot you make.  We will have race bibs, music, and fun together as we support these young women of the hardwood. 

We will recognize the top three places for both females and males in the High School & Adult categories. If you are terrible at foul shots and would like to rent a player to shoot your shoots that can be done for a $10 donation.

Great event!

Lady Cavs players were there early to greet runners and were helpful and positive. Really enjoyed the route. I will have to practice free throws for the next one. ;) Great job and Go Lady Cavs!

Great event!
