Lake to Lake Relay Race Description

Course: A 50-mile team relay from Gunlock Reservoir to Sand Hollow Reservoir. The running route will take runners through scenic landscapes of Southern Utah along city trail systems and back roads.

Teams: Teams will consist of 5 people (Open Men, Open Women and Mixed) with each individual completing a minimum of two legs (roughly 5 miles each) of the relay. For the mixed division you need at least 2 women on your team. Included is the Ultra and 2-person team division!

Post relay events will consist of a full banquet at the Dixie Center at 7 pm on Saturday Night. This will include an amazing pasta dinner, an awards ceremony, slideshow, and a drawing you DON'T WANT TO MISS!

Additional Banquet tickets are available for purchase from the St. George Recreation Center or at the captains meeting. Prices are as follows: $12 for children (6-18yrs) and $15 for adults (19 & up). Kids 5 and under are free. Tickets can also be purchased at the Captains' Meeting, which is the LAST DAY TO PURCHASE TICKETS! If seats are available, you may purchase tickets at the door.

Captains' Meeting: 8:30pm - 9:00pm on Friday March 4th at the St. George Recreation Center, 285 S. 400 E. ATTENDANCE IS MANDATORY, CAPTAINS ONLY!
