Lanterns of Love Festival and 5K Race Description

We invite you to join us at the Lanterns of Love Festival hosted by TAMIU's Public Administration Student Association in collaboration with the Laredo Cancer Society. This fun filled day will include a walk, 5K, Zumba, activities for children, contest, and more in efforts of raising awareness and funds for local patients battling cancer. 
Pre-Resgistration: $10 
Same day: $15.

7:00 AM - Sign in/Same Day Registration
7:30 AM - Welcome by Mayor Pete Saenz, Opening Prayer by Elia Valdez, National Anthem & Music by UHS Choir
8:00 AM - Warm up by Sam Lozano, Race/Walk
9:30 AM - To the ballroom for some door prizes, music, selfie booth, & Zumba begins with the fabulous Debbie Hernandez
10:00 - 11:30 AM - More Zumba- Reyna Rodriguez and the Z All Stars! 
11:30 AM - Holy Yoga BYOM (Bring your own mat) with Irasema from Casa Yoga :) 
11:30 PM - Closing Ceremony
