The 8th Annual LCARC Duathlon and 5k is on June 15th, 2019. The race will start at 9:00 AM. It is a 3.1 mile run, 13 mile bike ride, and then a 2 mile run. Or you can run/walk just the 5k. You can also sign up as a team for the duathlon. One team member will run, and the other will bike.
