The 'Make a Difference Day Race' is a 5K race and 1 mile fun run that is being hosted by the Brookwood High School Sports Medicine Team. All proceeds will go to funding the new Planting Big Oaks project inCoker, Alabama, so that children without homes will have a place to live, to grow, and to be loved most of all. Big Oak Ranch is a Christian organization that gives children a chance to find a loving, stable home. BHS Sports Medicine wants to help build a sturdy foundation of loving, caring homes for these children.
