great run today!
I don't know what race Bob J. did today....I did the event and thought it was well organized. Outstanding volunteers. Terrific race hoodie and medal. I will return next year and won't miss Bob J at all :)

Poor Management
At the start you were turned loose to fend for yourself. 5K runners ran between 2.5-6.5 miles because the course was not marked. I believe 8K was the other offered distance and many of them got more or less distance than they expected. When mentioned to the race directors, they didn’t care. A statement was made that they didn’t have enough volunteers to man the course, so mark the 5K/8K turns with chalk or paint it would’ve saved a lot of problems. They advertise that “We run this town”, which is real crap since they can’t even run their own event. A few years ago this was a good event. I will not do any of their events again!
