NUKE RUN Race Description

HOWDY! Welcome to the first annual Corps of Cadets NUKE RUN taking place on February 16th, 2019 at 0700. Grab 5-10 more of your buddies to make a team and compete in this 8.5 mile tradition. You'll earn a shirt, some food, and the right to say you're HARD.

 Registration Opens January 13th at 0800 and closes February 6th at 2300. 

RACE INSTRUCTIONS

FEBRUARY 15th (Friday)

1730-1930 Team leader checks in and picks up bibs @ PLANK LLC

FEBRUARY 16th

0630-0650 Team leader with full team checks in at table by the Arches

0630-0650- teams warm-up/stretch, pin bib to shirt

0645-0650-opening remarks

0650- teams will be corralled to starting line in proper order

0700- race starts promptly. Timer begins as soon as whistle is blown.

0702- second group begins on whistle blow

0704- third group begins on whistle blow

There will be a water station located at 2818 and the Nuke Plant. 

Police escort will stop traffic to let runners pass 2818 safely

When finished teams will receive their shirts, food and drinks. 

Winners and awards will be announced at 0900

***for teams with more than 5 runners only the first 5 will be timed.
