Ocean Commotion 5k Run/Walk Race Description

From families, seasoned and competitive runners, walkers, to those looking to support Maine’s marine wildlife, all are invited to participate. Leashed, friendly dogs are also welcome to participate and take part in the day's events!

The unique 5K course is set far from vehicle traffic and takes runners, joggers, walkers, and their canine companions along trails by the ocean, offering stunning coastal scenery (check out photos of last year's course below).

Designed for participants of all fitness levels, the 5K will be professionally chip timed and prizes will be awarded to the top 3 male and female finishers, as well as the top 3 dogs to cross the finish line! 
**NOTE: all runners will be chip-timed, walkers can decide during the online registration process if they would like to be timed or not!

During the registration process, you can opt to purchase a popular official tech t-shirt to commemorate the event. You can also chose to make an additional donation, and 100% of  those funds will go directly towards MMoME's work and the animals we help.
