Palm Beach County CF Climb Race Description

CF Climb is a challenging and unique fitness event where participants climb the flights of stairs (over 1,100 steps equivalent to a 50-story building) at Roger Dean Stadium in a test of endurance and time. Whether climbing to improve timing or to simply cross the finish line, this event is a great way to spend the day with co-workers, friends and family while “Adding Tomorrows” for people with cystic fibrosis. At the end of the climb, participants celebrate at the survival party with delicious food and great entertainment.

Nothing like it in town!

I have never done a stair climb before and it was amazing! What a great workout and they had a fun party afterwards. I highly recommend this!

Nothing like it in town!
