Project 20 Fitness Competition Race Description
The Military Muscle Foundation mission is to combat and promote awareness for both veteran and military suicide, alongside PTSD. Our intent is to help facilitate access to resources, as well as creating peer support, recovery, and a community outreach program through fitness.
This event is a timed event to test your overall strength. Events include, squats, burpees, shoulder press, sled pull, and situps. With both Pro Class and Amateur Class competition.
Pro Class Prizes
1st Place- 6 month Gold Gym Membership
2nd Place- Supplement Package 5 Star Nutrition
All donations and proceeds from the event will be used to fund our Got your 6 Program. This is where we provide free gym memberships to those veterans and their family members for a year. We want to our all of our veterans to regain their mental and physical health through this program.
So please come out to help support Military Muscle Foundation's Mission.
