The race was super fun and I will definitely do it again. Not because of the race itself. It was not well organized. The start line was about 3 ft wide and only two people max could cross at the same time. The course ran through a construction zone. The fun of this race is celebrating Christmas cheer with 300 other Santas (and one Rudolph) That part was a blast. This is not a serious race and they didn't have any age group medals. Come join this race just for the Christmas spirit.
I felt the race was too early in the year and in the day. I understood wanting to match it with the lighting but by the time the race was done the lighting didn't start for another hour and a half. When I showed up to do the little parade with my kids, we were the only ones that showed up (besides the winners) because no one else waited around that long. I love this race and do it every year, but just have it closer to Christmas next year.
