Blackstone Love Run 8k & 5K

2018 Blackstone #LoveRun - "Where Soles Meet"

Come and feel the #love at the Blackstone #LoveRun.  This is a 8K or 5K walking or running event that will start and finish in the heart of the Blackstone District, starting at 8:30am on Sunday, February 18th, 2018. This walk or run is all about the #love.  Proceeds will go to the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation.  

All walkers and runners welcome! Everyone is encouraged to wear costumes and #love gear for the event!

Sign up for one of the following categories:

Individual - Just here to race and have a great time
Single - Obviously you're single and ready to mingle! Singles will have a special pink bib, and who knows, maybe you'll meet your soulmate?
Couples - You're half of your team (obviously the better half, but don't worry we won't tell). You don't have to be a real couple for this category, just a team of 2.

Because this race is part of the Ironhawk #UnicornChallenge, watch for special unicorns hidden throughout the race! 

We will have prizes for Male and Female Overall 1st through 3rd Place, plus 1st through 3rd in the following race categories for both male and female-  Under 19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, and Over 60. We will have a special date package for our fastest male and fastest female singles (should they choose to participate).  We will also have special prizes for the 1st place couples (teams).

With your entry you will receive a long-sleeved cotton t-shirt, any other free swag plus 3 wrist bands, for the following-

1. A loaded (or not) hot chocolate

2. A piece of delicious chocolate

3. A donut  

** If you signed up after February 9, there is a chance we may not have a shirt in your size when you pick up your packet. Anyone not receiving a shirt at packet pickup will be mailed their shirt following the race. **

Stay for the after party, hosted by Jeff Degan from the Big Party Morning Show on Channel 94.1 and enjoy a loaded(or unloaded) hot chocolate and #love donut on us. There will be other food and drinks available as well.  We will have music and fun. Come and make a connection at the Blackstone #LoveRun! We will be partying until 12:30 pm.
