Freedom 5K Fun Run/Walk

This event is hosted by Main Street Gardnerville with the assistance of the Town of Gardnerville.  

Event:  Wednesday, July 4, 2018 7 am – 10 am (Run/Walk starts at 8 am)

Registration: Fun Run/Walk, $30 in advance, $35 day of event (Family/Group rates available). Children 5 and under are free.  Veterans/Military/Child 6-13 are $25 in advance, $30 day of event. Includes t-shirt, medal and bib.

Location: The run will start and finish at Heritage Park in Gardnerville. 

Race: Begins at 8:00am, rain or shine, we request that walkers stay to the middle of the pack and those with strollers or leashed dogs at the back to allow the runners the space they need at the front for a good time. 

Discounted Registration fee for teams of 4, Children 6-13, Veterans & Active Military

Costumes: Although not required, it is fun and there will be a gift for best dressed! Deck yourself (and your dog!) out in a patriotic costume and show off your American spirit!

Dogs: Dogs are welcome to join in the fun, but please make sure that they are current on their vaccines and that they are child/dog friendly.  ALL DOGS MUST BE LEASHED AND WILL BE POSITIONED AT THE BACK OF THE PACK!
