In consideration of acceptance of this entry and intending to be legally bound, I hereby for myself, heirs, executors, and administrators waive, release and discharge all rights and claims to damage which I may have or which may hereafter accrue to me against SNAP, CHASE BANK, the CITY OF SPOKANE, or other sponsors of this run, or respective officers, agents, representatives, successors and/or assigns for myself in connection with my entry and/or travel to, participating in, and returning from the DAD'S DAY DASH on June 14, 2025. Realizing the dangers of using headphones, I agree I will not use them. I hereby give my consent for any films, videos or photographs containing depictions of me, my family or friends including any minor children who are supporting me on race day or in any of our virtual race efforts as submitted to be used by SNAP and/or its subsidiaries in any publicity and/or advertising programs which may be undertaken by these organizations in the conduct of their legally incorporated purposes. I release SNAP, its subsidiaries and its agents or representatives from any liability in connection with the use of such materials. As a condition of my participation in the Event, I hereby grant the Event Organizers, Negative Split Event Timing, and each of their respective parent, subsidiary, and affiliated companies, a limited license to use my name, likeness, image, voice, video, athletic performance, biographical and other information (collectively, "Likeness"), in any format whatsoever, and to distribute, broadcast and exhibit these without charge, restriction or liability, but only for the purposes of advertising or promoting Event or the sport of Athletics. The foregoing grant, however, does not constitute consent for event organizers or any third party to use my Likeness in an endorsement of any product or service without my specific written consent. I understand that additional waiver information, including pandemic-related waivers, may be deemed necessary by local regulations at the time of the race. Dad’s Day Dash – Children’s Waiver for participation and photo release If you plan to have your child/children take part in the 5k event or the 1-mile event at the June 14, 2025 Dad’s Day Dash or in any virtual efforts, please read and agree to the following waiver. I agree to have my child/children take part in the 5k event or the 1-mile event on June 14, 2025 at Manito Park, Spokane, WA or participate in a virtual effort of our own choosing. I know that participating in this event is potentially hazardous for my child.
