Rich Mountain Memorial March and Fun Run - 2021

Thank you for joining the 2020 Rich Mountain Fun Run and Memorial March! We are so glad that you decided to join this event!

This is how the event will go:

You will park in Beverly near the Heritage Center.  You will be shuttled up to the Battlefield, where there will be different living history stations.  You will have the opportunity to interact with interpreters and reenactors throughout the day.  At around 1 pm, you will begin your descent down the mountain.  It is your choice whether you want to run, walk, or march into Beverly.  Along your way down the mountain, there will be water stations and a place to sit.  The event will include kid's activities, both on the mountain and in Beverly.  Once you are back in the town of Beverly, there will be activities and other festivities.  The finale will be around 4pm, celebrating McClellan’s victory against the Confederates.
