Rudolph Fun Run

I really enjoyed the course this am and we got really lucky in weather. I was disappointed that the advertised finisher medal was a quickly mass produced craft that broke in five minutes. Long way from the medals shown on your race page sign up.

Packet pickup

Took my 8 year old granddaughter to her first 1k Cupid fun run. Drive 45 minutes and arrived 30 minutes before starting time. Approached the packet pickup table only to be told there was no 1K packet pickup on the day of the event. They did, however, have PP for some of the other races. Tried to explain that there was NO mentioned of 1K PP procedures on their website was also told that several emails were sent explaining the PP. Reviewed my email confirmation receipt and there was NO mentioned of PP procedures. I also checked my spam and NO emails from director explaining the PP procedure. Im confused as to how I was able to receive an email confirmation # but no emails from organization. Granddaughter was still able to run and she received a finishers metal. I hope in the future, PP procedures are mentioned on the website. Runner: confirmation: #6481588
