Run/Walk for FARMERS 5K Race Description

This is a run/walk event facilitated by the Boon Docks Restaurant.

(Set your GPS for 825 Lighthouse Road, Smyrna, DE 19977)

Please join us in our efforts to generate awareness and funds that will assist the agricultural community in holding on to it's farmland by preventing unregulated and industrial scale solar development. In addition, our goals are to preserve it's vital wetlands habitat for wildlife. We also strongly desire to protect our state's culturally rich and historically significant landscape.

The event is family friendly with fun activities including face painting, corn hole games, tractor displays and other agriculture related exhibits. Donuts provided compliments of Fifer Orchards.

Children are FREE. Awards for various categories including children.

Preregistration is $25. Day-of-event registration is $30.

Registration begins at 10:00 am. Race time is 11:00 am.
