For those of you who missed picking up on your race medals, plaques, shirts or other item we have created this site to aid you get your items after the race. We are sorry but we must charge for these items for shipping and handling. Runners are to stay after the race to pickup these items during the awards ceremony, packet pickup or other determined time. If we missed the item perhaps due to a timing error, shirt size not available or if we said we would we based on a situation during the race can pay for these costs if you have a coupon code for the free shipping and handling.

It is our goal to serve our racers but mailing out an item freely when it was due to a racer just not being to the awards ceremony or other reason not caused by On Hill Events has put a huge burden on our race company. After a race we put all our race items away and sometimes they get put away deeply in the storage unit. Often we will get a request several weeks after the race for a medal and it requires us to dig through the storage unit, drive 15 minutes each way to the Post Office (30 minutes drive total) and pay for packaging for the item. Basically it takes close to 2 hours out of our day to send a medal to a racer and around $5 in shipping costs and packaging all because a racer missed an awards ceremony. Our hope is to be able to spend more time on racers to make our events the best. For this reason we charge the prices we do to do this service for you unless it is something we messed up on in which case we will give you a code to use this service for free. We do not want to upset anyone but to do everything we can for those who did it right at races and this service is taking too much time from our race prep. We hope you understand the elevated prices.
