SLS Dash 5K for Neurodiversity Race Description

The SLS Dash 5K and Fun Run for Neurodiversity is an opportunity for runners of all abilities to compete, champion fitness for neurodiverse adults with support as needed, and have fun together! The route weaves through the future home of SLS Community in South Cato Springs, nestled below the beautiful rolling hills stretching from Mount Kessler.

This race will support SLS Community in our mission of providing essential resources for neurodiverse adults to thrive. Help us expand our service operation as we build towards our vision of a "live, work, play" community on-site, adjacent to Kessler. You can support SLS Community by creating a fundraising team using the "Fundraise" link above. This will allow you to create a fundraising page and set team fundraising goals to earn prizes!

$100 raised: SLS Dash race bottle
$500 raised: SLS Dash race hat (+ race bottle)
$1,000 raised: Your name inscribed on the SLS Dash trophy that will be displayed annually during the race! (+ race bottle & hat)

Live music performance by Cosmic Alchemy, featuring cross-genre drums, sax, and DJ mashups

For neurodiverse participants:
- Weekly run club option with workout plans for 8 week lead-up to the race
- Option of a volunteer Race Buddy for support before and during the event, if requested during registration

Great 5k

This is the most organized 5k I’ve ever run. The course is flat and is a great race for the whole family. I ran with my two grandsons, ages 13 & 8. Thanks to the sponsors and organizers.
