Great location. Friendly volunteers, great cause. A few suggestions would be to have water available at the finish line and a group of volunteers and possibly dogs at the corner where it turned down to the finish line. Also, the finishing results were unclear and not posted afterwards online. I didn't like the participation medals, my group would have preferred finishing medals instead.
I'm so excited for this run! I am a big supporter of Southeastern Guide Dogs and have participated in the Walkathons for the past few years. Love that you are adding a run option. And Nathan Benderson is a beautiful park. Can't wait to run for the dogs on March 18th.
Happy you guys added a run this year. Looking forward to it!! My family will probably do the walk while I run. - Ryan
