Last spring HRS did the timing for our 5k in Atlanta. They were extremely professional from start to finish. THe team made sure everyone was set up at the beginning/end of the race. If you are on the fence about electronic vs manual go for electronic and use them! Our runners loved the chip timing. It was a pleasure to work with Horizon Race Solutions. We are going to use them again for our race in fall and next spring.
