UCS Superhero 5K & Kids' Dash

In its 8th year, the Superhero 5K and Kids' Dash is growing and looked forward to by many in the Bennington community and surrounding areas. The Superhero 5K takes place in the heart of beautiful downtown Bennington, Vermont. The 5 kilometer course tours the local streets and small businesses of Bennington all while providing the perfect opportunity to take in fresh Vermont fall air. Come dressed as your favorite superhero from the comics, and show appreciation for the heroes in your life.

This year’s fun-filled event promotes health and wellness in our community and supports a worthy cause – our Teens4Change (T4C) program. T4C is a peer-led group where youth actively plan and engage in activities to positively impact their community. From organizing events to volunteering at local organizations, the youth of T4C make a real difference.
