Victory for Victims Walk/Run

The Center for Assault Treatment Services (CATS) will be hosting the 22nd annual Victory for Victims 5K/10K Walk Run. Funds raised at the Victory for Victims Walk Run directly benefit CATS, a community benefit program of the Center for Healthier Communities (CHC) at Northridge Hospital Medical Center. Since 1997,CATS has conducted forensic medical evidentiary examinations and interviews in a safe and supportive environment to over 22,200 children and adults affected by interpersonal violence. All services are provided free of charge to victims 24/7 year round.

 Individual and/or team participants will enjoy a fun filled morning with a beautiful sunrise at Hansen Dam Aquatic Center. Children can partake in a Kids Fun Run while dog owners can join the Canines for CATS Friendly Dog Walk. Each registered dog will receive a bandana and registered 5K/10K adults and children will receive a T shirt and medal as they cross the finish line. Community vendors and family activities will ensure there is something for everyone to enjoy. Bring your family and  pets to support this amazing cause for the community.
