Swim / Bike / Run

Sprint Triathlon 800m / 12 Mile / 5K

Super-Sprint TRYathlon 250M / 5.5 Mile / 1.5 Mile

2 or 3 person relays available for both races

WellFully's annual Stampede is a Family Friendly Triathlon for 2019 with both a Sprint Triathlon and a shorter, beginner-friendly Super-Sprint TRYathlon.

The swim portion of our Triathlon will be "snake style" at the Roosevelt Swim Center Outdoor Pool, just across the street from WellFully. The biking portion will follow Rapid Creek west through Rapid City toward the Fish Hatchery, and back. The running portion will follow Rapid Creek east toward the Fairgrounds, and back.

Staging, Awards, and After Party BBQ at WellFully:

22 Waterloo St. Rapid City, SD

* This is a fun Triathlon, not a race. All bike riders will need to keep their heads up and yield to other bike path users throughout the event. You are responsible for providing a properly working bike and helmet.

* There are bike repair stations at Founders Park and Canyon Lake park if needed.
