Sunday August 25th 8:00 AM start time.

What's the Rush 5K

This race is both your typical and not so typical 5K! It is typical if you would like to run, walk, or jog straight through the course, and it is not so typical if you'd like to stop along the 5K route for activities such as yoga, participating in a group art project, and learning about birds.

Throughout the route there will be activities you can stop and do, after all, What's the Rush?! The activities are intended to be fun, whimsical, and creative and are geared for all ages. The race and activities all take place within the beautiful McKinley Woods -- Kerry Sheridan Grove and I & M Canal Trail.

Along with recognizing the fastest runners, we'll also recognize participants who are the least rushed and who completed the most activities.

This is a timed out and back course.
