Fun, exciting, and for a great cause. An annual fundraiser for the Ventura Police K9 unit. The city does not cover the dogs. They are solely funded by donations only. A few individuals in the community started the run to pay for the K9's medical insurance. It is said to be a themed event and everyone dresses up accordingly. This year is the run, walk or crawl Zombie Apocalypse. I can't wait!
