Wiregrass Rocking 80's 5K Race Description

The 12th Annual Wiregrass Festival brings you the Wiregrass Rocking 80's 5K. This is a 5K Run in which runners can dress in 80's fashion with an emphasis on "rock n roll". We will have fun "music" and "entertainers" along the run route to keep our runners entertained. There will be contest for best dressed / best themed groups and individuals as well as the best "big hair" contest. Hopefully the more inspired runners can make their running shoes look like 1980's high top reeboks! The run will start at the Courthouse Square in Reidsville and go through the beautiful Gordonia Altamaha State Park.
