Poorly organized, rude staff

I was really excited for this run and purchased tickets a few months in advance. On the day of the race the event was very unorganized. The check in team weren’t sure what we needed to begin each race, and were very rude. The race started late because we had to wait for the rest of the zombies to arrive, the course was not clearly marked with where to go, or mike markers. Lastly, when I signed up the package included t-shirts, the race itself, and finisher medals. At the conclusion of the race there weren’t any medals. Disappointing since that’s what we paid for. I was given a vague answer as to why that was by the event organizers. Deff won’t be back next year.
